目的 初步考察新橙皮苷增溶柚皮苷的作用机制。方法 基于柚皮苷在单一成分下(结晶粉末和水煎物)及新橙皮苷存在下溶解性的差异,对上述不同状态下的柚皮苷红外光谱及其微观外貌进行对比考察,探讨新橙皮苷对柚皮苷的增溶机制。结果 新橙皮苷存在下,柚皮苷在水中的溶解度远高于柚皮苷单一成分(结晶粉末和水煎物),其红外光谱和微观外貌相对于柚皮苷单一成分具有明显区别。结论 推测在水煎煮过程中新橙皮苷的参与下改变了柚皮苷的分子排列方式,形成了柚皮苷-新橙皮苷共簇体,提高柚皮苷在水溶液中的溶解性。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To preliminarily study the dissolution improvement mechanism of neohesperidin on naringin in water solution. METHODS Based on the different dissolution behaviors of naringin water solution and neohesperidin-naringin co-aggregation water solution, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy were used to infer the dissolution improvement mechanism. RESULTS Neohesperidin had a positive impact on the dissolution behavior of naringin in water solution. And the difference in the microscopic appearance and infrared absorption peaks was observed. CONCLUSION It was inferred that the molecular arrangement pattern of naringin is changed in the presence of neohesperidin during the water boiling process and thus neohesperidin-naringin co-aggregation is formed, which improves the dissolution of naringin in water solution.
